Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Cummins engine experience or certification.
• ASE certifications or equivalent manufacturer training.

Responsibilities

• Lead shop technicians by assigning work, setting priorities, and providing direction.
• Monitor repair times, productivity, and work quality; coach technicians as needed.
• Make decisions on complex repairs and help resolve workflow issues.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with other departments to keep repairs moving.
• Maintain a safe, organized shop and ensure adherence to company policies.
