Job summary

TCI Transportation is seeking an Experienced Shop Supervisor to lead our busy fleet shop, ensuring efficiency and safety in daily maintenance operations. You will supervise shop personnel, coordinate breakdowns, and communicate with drivers and customers regarding DVIRs, driving continuous improvement in uptime.

Day shift, Mon–Fri, with on-call availability. Competitive hourly pay, $27–$32, based on skills and experience. Join a family-owned team dedicated to integrity and safety.

Qualifications

Must be able to manage day-to-day activities in a maintenance repair facility.
Knowledge of Transportation Industry required.
Must be able to multitask and manage shop personnel.

Responsibilities

Manage day to day activities in a maintenance repair facility.
Oversee shop personnel and provide supervision and productivity.
Communicate with drivers and customers regarding DVIRs (Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports).
Coordinate breakdowns and dispatch repairs to minimize downtime.
