Job summary

Liesfeld Contractor is seeking a meticulous Fleet & Shop Administrator to organize preventive maintenance records, process invoices, manage vehicle documentation, and support cross‑department communication in the Richmond area.

You will coordinate with shop and field teams, vendors, and finance to keep equipment and fleet data accurate and up to date, ensuring timely renewals and compliant documentation in a fast‑paced heavy civil environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow through on tasks.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, software systems, and electronic records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive maintenance scheduling and service completion using HCSS Equipment360.
• Create, update, and close PM and repair work orders; enter invoices and maintain records.
• Manage titles, registrations, permits, and DMV paperwork for on‑road vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain repair, service, warranty, and maintenance records for fleet assets.
• Track renewals, permits, and account requirements; support fleet reporting and cost analysis.
• Assist with telematics administration and data accuracy across systems.
