Job summary

Bulk Environmental & Industrial is seeking a Maintenance & Repair Coordinator to provide administrative coordination for the Maintenance Department, ensuring fleet equipment is repaired safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. This role acts as the communication hub between technicians, operations, vendors, and management, maintaining accurate maintenance records and tracking DVIRs to completion.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in fleet maintenance administration, hands-on CMMS

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
3+ years of fleet maintenance administrative experience.
Knowledge of heavy-duty truck/equipment maintenance and CMMS experience.
Experience processing purchase orders and invoices; familiar with DOT maintenance requirements.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Maintenance Department activities, ensuring repairs are tracked and documented.
Create, assign, and close Repair Orders in the CMMS.
Manage Purchase Orders and vendor invoices; ensure timely approvals.
Monitor DVIRs, prioritize safety defects, and generate repair orders.
Produce maintenance reports and track KPIs (PM compliance, downtime, costs).
Support inventory, backorders, and parts verification; assist with audits.
