Job summary

Transport Refrigeration Services, Inc. in Brundidge, AL is seeking a motivated Shop Administrative Assistant to join our fleet service shop.

This full-time role offers a day shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) with competitive pay in the $23.50–$25.00 per hour range and solid benefits. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming phone calls; take and relay messages accurately
• Prepare and maintain accident paperwork and records
• Assist the Operations Manager with administrative tasks
• Keep accurate monthly and quarterly fuel reports
• Receive and issue purchase orders
• Maintain confidential files and paperwork tracking
• Track compliance documentation for mobile truck locations
• Support the parts department as needed
• Collect customer information regarding repair needs
• Assign and schedule service work orders
• Communicate professionally with customers in person and by phone
• Process weekly and monthly invoices
• Prepare weekly payroll spreadsheets
