Qualifications

• Demonstrated and applied Transportation Fleet Maintenance Leadership.
• Experience managing a remote team, spread across multiple regions.
• Be able to leverage data to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Fleet Services for assigned maintenance locations (garages) to deliver safe, reliable vehicles, equipment, and services for multiple customer departments.
• Oversee assigned work and assuring quality of work being performed.
• Monitor and manage garage expenditures to support overall budget and incentive goals.
