Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Fleet Services Manager to supervise day-to-day maintenance operations across multiple repair facilities, ensuring safety, reliability and efficiency of the vehicle fleet. The role involves coordinating across shifts, managing inventory, and aligning with budget goals.

You will lead safety initiatives, regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration while driving cost-effective outcomes and fleet performance in a dynamic energy environment.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years internal utility company experience (e.g. BGE, ComEd, PECO and PHI) or relevant external experience.
• Ability to successfully complete the Exelon supervisory assessment.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in a high-performance culture.
• Demonstrated high commitment to safety.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a valid Driver's License and State-level UST Operator Training.
• Ability to understand and interpret Federal, State, and local vehicle regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and fleet management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise employees in day-to-day operations at Fleet Services facilities and coordinate across shifts/locations.
• Implement safety initiatives, preventive maintenance programs and training; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage cross-functional relationships with line management and leadership.
• Maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies; manage budget for facilities.
• Create and maintain a safe, reliable vehicle fleet and facilities, manage fleet assets.
• Assist in annual Fleet Services budget and fleet replacement strategy.
