Duke Energy Corporation is seeking a Supervisor of Vehicle Maintenance onsite in Florida. You will lead a transport fleet maintenance team across garages, ensuring safety, compliance, and on-time repairs while managing budgets and customer coordination.

You will build a safety culture, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Fleet GO staff during storm restoration and events, while supervising technicians and contractors in a unionized environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Five or more years of related work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to live within one hour of the work location.

Responsabilités

• Manage garage operations ensuring timely, safe maintenance.
• Foster a strong safety culture with training and issue resolution.
• Conduct field reviews and audits to verify progress and quality.
• Monitor garage expenditures to support budgets and incentives.
• Ensure 24/7 staffing coverage and storm restoration support.
• Serve as the local point of contact for fleet, customers, and facilities.
