Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Fleet Services Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across multiple repair facilities, ensuring vehicle availability, reliability, and safety in alignment with company objectives.

The role requires coordinating across shifts, implementing preventive maintenance, and managing inventory and budgets to support a safe, efficient fleet. Strong leadership, safety focus, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years internal utility company experience or relevant external experience.
• Ability to complete Exelon supervisory assessment.
• Demonstrated leadership in a high-performance culture.
• Demonstrated high commitment to safety.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a valid Driver's License and State-level UST Operator Training (Class A/B/C).
• Ability to understand and interpret Federal, State, and local vehicle regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and fleet management software systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise employees in day-to-day Fleet Services operations at multiple facilities and coordinate across shifts and locations.
• Implement and manage safety initiatives, preventive maintenance programs, and training.
• Manage cross-functional relationships and communications with line management and leadership.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of parts and supplies and manage budgetary aspects for facilities.
• Create and maintain a safe, reliable vehicle fleet and maintenance facilities; manage fleet assets.
• Assist in preparing the annual Fleet Services budget and replacement strategy.
