Job summary

Pathfinder is seeking a Fleet Services Manager in Huntington, IN to lead fleet operations, compliance, and maintenance. You will manage vehicle lifecycle, procurement, licensing, and records while optimizing utilization and costs to support our service delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, regulatory compliance, and financial planning. A strong emphasis on safety, vendor management, and data-driven decision making will be essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in fleet management preferred.
• Experience coordinating fleet operations, vehicle maintenance programs, and utilization.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Knowledge of INDOT, grant administration, and fleet programs is a plus.
• Experience with fleet management software and telematics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet safety, reliability, and performance.
• Lead lifecycle management from acquisition to disposal.
• Coordinate procurement, inspections, licensing, and deployment of vehicles.
• Maintain complete fleet records and compliance files.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and monitor costs.
• Analyze utilization and drive efficiency improvements.
