Job summary

Pathfinder seeks a Fleet Services Manager in Huntington/Wabash, IN. You will oversee safety, reliability, and performance of the fleet, coordinating acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and replacement planning to maximize value and longevity of transportation resources.

You will lead compliance with INDOT/FTA/DOT and funding requirements, manage records, and partner with program leadership to optimize vehicle utilization while supporting Pathfinder's mission and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred 1–3 years' experience in fleet management.
• Experience coordinating fleet operations and maintenance programs.
• Ability to manage vehicle utilization and lifecycle planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience with fleet management software and maintenance tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet operations, lifecycle management, and procurement.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, registrations, and deployment.
• Maintain fleet records, warranties, and compliance files.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Develop cost controls, budgets, and fleet performance reporting.
