Job summary

Trimac Transportation is seeking a hands-on Service Advisor to lead frontline maintenance scheduling, vendor coordination, and compliance at our service centers.

Reporting to the Fleet Services Supervisor, you will supervise service writers and administrative staff, act as the primary liaison with drivers and dispatch, and drive efficient maintenance workflows while ensuring safety and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; business/transportation education is a plus.
• 3+ years in a service writer, maintenance coordination, or supervisory role.
• Experience supervising shop and washrack operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline maintenance scheduling, vendor coordination, and compliance.
• Supervise service writers and admin staff; ensure workflow consistency.
• Act as liaison between drivers, dispatch, vendors, and maintenance teams.
• Coordinate PMs, inspections, and timely completion of work orders.
• Utilize maintenance systems for workflow and digital records.
