Wiers International Trucks in Logansport, IN seeks a high-energy Service Manager to lead our Commercial Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Center. You will own the operation, develop your team, drive financial performance, and build strong customer relationships.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; CDL preferred.
• 4+ years of management experience in the commercial trucking industry.

• Lead, recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing technician team
• Conduct daily huddles and provide clear direction and accountability
• Drive financial performance, including gross margin, billed hours, and inventory
• Monitor KPIs, P&L, and parts inventory for continuous improvement
• Partner with Fleet Account Executives to strengthen customer relationships
• Ensure work meets high standards for quality, safety, and workmanship
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies
