Wiers Fleet Partners in Logansport, IN is seeking a Diesel Shop Service Advisor to be the primary contact for diesel engine services. You will diagnose customer needs, manage repair workflows, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction within the service department.

The role requires at least five years of truck service/repair and five years of administrative experience. You will assign work, dispatch orders, invoice, coordinate parts, obtain authorizations, and build lasting customer

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years' experience in truck service and repair.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in administrative and clerical work.
• Ability to ensure process compliance.

Aufgaben

• Assign work to qualified technicians.
• Dispatches and assigns work with instructions to technicians.
• Invoices completed repair orders prior to releasing the vehicle.
• Can effectively utilize business systems to look up parts and invoice parts.
• Obtain authorization and ensure documents are signed prior to releasing trucks to customers.
• Follow up with the parts department to ensure that all needed parts are ordered and confirm the estimated delivery date.
• Build positive and enduring relationships with customers for repeat business.
