Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
• Three or more years of retail or store management experience with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and drive results.
• Manage inventory, order parts, verify accuracy, and operate within budget.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with customers and fleet partners.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and evaluations.
• Learn all store and shop functions and provide coverage as needed.
