The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail/store management, is skilled in communication and problem-solving, and hasexperience as a lube technician. This position offers strong growth within a driver-focused fleet services team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of retail or store management with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with Class 6-8 semi-truck preventive maintenance is preferred.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience as a lube technician is required.
• Role is approximately 50% office-based and 50% shop-based.

We complete essential maintenance quickly using quality oil, filters, and service checks. Before a driver leaves, our quality assurance process confirms the work and identifies upcoming routine maintenance needs, and we serve both needs with maintenance services that are convenient for drivers and easy for fleets to plan.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including
• Complete biweekly bank deposits.
• Manage inventory, order and receive parts, and verify accuracy.
• Operate within established budget guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist team members achieve business goals by building long-term relationships with customers and fleet partners.
• Maintain appropriate staffing and service quality by managing schedules and reviewing completed work.
• Support team members with achieving business goals by building long-term relationships with customers and fleets.
• Ensure proper levels of business support and quality by creating and managing team schedules and reviewing service quality.
• Coach, mentor, train, and develop team members.
• Provide effective feedback through performance evaluations and ongoing development.
• Direct team members in accordance with ProFleet policies and procedures.
• Learn all store and shop functions and provide coverage as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of retail or store management experience, with increasing responsibility and a record of building strong teams.
• Experience with Class 6-8 semi-truck preventive maintenance is preferred.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience as a lube technician is required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus. This role is approximately 50% office-based and 50% shop-based, as needed.
