Responsibilities include supervising technicians, organizing and closing purchase orders, conducting daily lot checks, reviewing and closing work orders, tracking parts, stocking inventory, and prioritizing driver write-ups for repairs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and time management skills are required.
• Must have some shop administration experience.
• Experience supervising technicians is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily workload of technicians to optimize utilization and close purchase orders.
• Daily lot checks and logging of trucks on the lot.
• Review and close work orders and track parts.
• Stock and restock inventory items as needed.
• Prioritize driver write-ups for equipment repairs.
• Assist with other projects as assigned by supervisor.
