Job summary

Valley Auto Sales & Leasing LLC in California is seeking a Service/Parts Representative to grow business for both Service and Parts Departments. You will focus on developing fleet and commercial accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will network, make business contacts, follow up with potential customers, and identify opportunities to bring additional Service and Parts business to the dealership.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, sales, customer service, business development, fleet, service or parts preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Create business for the dealership's Service and Parts Departments.
• Develop fleet accounts and commercial relationships.
• Establish relationships with local businesses and potential fleet customers.
• Identify opportunities to increase Service and Parts sales.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and business accounts.
• Promote the dealership's Service and Parts capabilities to businesses, fleets, and individuals.
• Follow up with prospects to develop long-term relationships.
• Assist with customer retention and satisfaction within Fixed Operations.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and businesses using dealership Service and Parts.
• Network locally to generate new business opportunities.
