RM Automotive Inc. in Northridge, CA is seeking a Fleet & Commercial Business Development Manager to grow our fleet and commercial accounts.

You will build relationships with local businesses, contractors, and fleet operators, and partner with service providers to expand our repair network. This role offers strong earning potential with base pay plus commissions and bonuses, a Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities to join our leadership team as we expand one of Southern California's top

• Has successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Enjoys meeting new people and building relationships.
• Is self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Communicates professionally and confidently.
• Can work independently and manage a sales territory.
• Has a valid California driver's license.
• Automotive experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new fleet and commercial accounts.
• Build relationships with local businesses, contractors, and fleet operators.
• Partner with quick lube shops and tire centers that need a trusted repair facility.
• Develop referral relationships with dealerships, CarMax, and extended warranty providers.
• Build partnerships with collision centers and commercial fleets.
• Generate new business throughout the San Fernando Valley.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships and grow existing accounts.
