Formación

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to upsell and recommend additional products.
• IT literate, familiar with CDK Drive or Kerridge.
• Well-organised with strong time management.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers at drop-off and collection points in a professional manner.
• Record customer service requirements and relay to workshop.
• Keep customers informed about repair or service status.
• Provide transparent updates and explain work done.
• Cost additional repairs with customer approval.
• Prepare and present accurate invoices including service plans.
• Upsell service products and maintenance packages.
