Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a DPF Quality Specialist II to join the DPF Program. This entry-level role trains associates to restore DPFs to 80%+ capacity, performing inspections, quality tests, and determining if units can be cleaned.

You will learn cleaning procedures, operate pneumatic equipment and a kiln as needed, and document results in Salesforce. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential, with safety first and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of operational, manufacturing, or warehouse experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and data documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect DPFs and perform quality tests to determine flow restriction and cell integrity.
• With supervision, decide if a DPF can be cleaned and reused or disposed of.
• Follow quality SOPs to ensure high-quality DPFs are produced.
• Operate pneumatic equipment and perform standard cleaning procedures.
• Maintain a clean workstation and assist in basic warehouse tasks.
• Document all quality tests and measurements in Salesforce.
