Job summary

Tenvoorde Ford seeks an outgoing Mobile Service Advisor to grow our mobile service fleet and commercial business. This role focuses on meeting business owners and fleet managers, winning trust, and turning conversations into lasting customer relationships.

We bring maintenance and repairs to customers at their Job sites, coordinating service, parts, and technicians to keep vehicles on the road. This is a hands-on sales and service coordination role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling services to businesses is preferred.
• Ability to meet with decision-makers and convert conversations into opportunities.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Seek out local fleets, contractors, and commercial businesses for mobile service opportunities.
• Meet decision-makers and learn how they use vehicles to tailor services.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to build recurring business.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate technicians, parts, and service details.
• Keep customers informed and ensure commitments are delivered.
• Contribute to shaping the growth of the mobile service department.
