Job summary

Sunrise Ford of Fontana is seeking a Commercial Fleet Service Advisor to join our Fleet Service team. You will manage fleet repair orders, coordinate with technicians, and communicate clearly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage service appointments, repair orders, estimates, and updates for commercial fleet accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with fleet customers and account contacts.
• Clearly communicate vehicle concerns, repair recommendations, estimates, timelines, and status.
• Coordinate with technicians, dispatch, and parts to keep repairs moving efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain complete documentation of communication, service history, approvals, and repair transactions.
• Monitor open repair orders and follow up to reduce delays and improve customer experience.

Commercial Fleet Service Advisor

Sunrise Ford of Fontana is looking for a driven, organized, and customer-focused Commercial Fleet Service Advisor to join our growing Fleet Service team.

This role is ideal for an experienced service advisor who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, managing a busy workflow, and helping commercial clients keep their vehicles on the road. You will serve as a primary contact for fleet accounts, coordinating repairs, communicating clearly, and working closely with technicians, dispatch, and parts to deliver a high level of service.

What You’ll Do

• Manage service appointments, repair orders, estimates, and customer updates for commercial fleet accounts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers and account contacts.

• Clearly communicate vehicle concerns, repair recommendations, estimates, timelines, and repair status.

• Coordinate with technicians, dispatch, and parts to keep repairs moving efficiently and accurately.

• Maintain complete documentation of customer communication, service history, approvals, and repair transactions.

• Monitor open repair orders and follow up proactively to reduce delays and improve customer experience.

• Identify opportunities to grow existing fleet relationships and recommend maintenance or repair services that help customers reduce downtime.

• Help support a professional, team-oriented service department focused on quality, communication, and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of automotive service advisor experience required.

• Ford dealership and/or commercial fleet service experience strongly preferred.

• Experience managing commercial fleet accounts is preferred, but not required.

• Strong communication skills, both in person and by phone, text, and email.

• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple vehicles, customers, and priorities at once.

• Working knowledge of automotive repair processes, maintenance needs, and service terminology.

• Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and customer-service mindset.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a fast-paced team.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
