Job summary

Acro Service Corp. is seeking a Sales Support Analyst in Westlake, OH. This hybrid role (3 days onsite) handles technical support, customer service and reporting for Fleet Sales and Truck Service teams.

The SSA collaborates with internal departments and third‑party card companies to ensure accurate pricing and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating pricing, managing vendor relations and creating sales reports, with a Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance focus.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in sales, customer service or office roles.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, Cognos and billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Fleet customers, handling inquiries and issues with independent judgment.
• Coordinate pricing proposals with SR Managers and project teams for customer presentations.
• Update customer email preferences and manage central customer repository data.
• Process and administer internal paperwork to set up/amend fleet pricing deals in billing system(s).
• Open new third-party accounts and confirm partner information for setup and billing.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication with customers and vendors.
• Produce and review internal/external analytical reports for Fleet Sales.
