Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a Fleet Specialist to support the Fleet Manager in monitoring and reporting driving behaviors via telematics, and to coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams. The role develops driver training and enforces safety policies across the fleet.

Strong candidates bring data analysis, multi-tasking and teamwork skills, plus proficiency in Excel/Numbers and presentation tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with driver telematics and fleet management is a plus.
• Strong Excel/Numbers, Word processing and data analysis skills.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report driving behaviors via telematics.
• Coordinate with fleet vendors and maintenance teams.
• Develop and monitor driver training program.
• Enforce vehicle safety policies and procedures.
• Oversee vehicle fleet records and coordination with departments.
