• Excellent organization and time management to handle multiple orders.
• Professional written communication with sales reps and internal teams.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
• Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management/order tracking tools.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Type new equipment retail quotes based on information provided by the manager.
• Maintain and update the Monday.com order board to keep orders current.
• Track orders from quote to order and identify items needing follow-up.
• Communicate updates, questions, and outstanding items to sales reps.
• Identify bottlenecks in quote-to-order workflow and suggest improvements.
• Create standardized quote and order checklists for accuracy and consistency.
• Develop tracking process for outstanding information across active orders.
