Qualifications

• Pursuing relevant bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, logistics or operations.
• Curious to understand processes beyond the steps.
• Detail-oriented and organized in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative, communicates well, asks thoughtful questions, eager to learn.
• Familiar with Excel; exposure to data analysis or AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shadow logistics coordinators to learn shipment planning, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Work with operations and supply chain data analysts to understand logistics data collection and usage.
• Assist with securing truckloads and reviewing delivery and transportation cost trends.
• Help document and implement SOPs for internal and external teams.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvement based on data, observations, and team feedback.
• Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and complete a project or presentation by internship end.
