Job summary

LPU Batangas is offering an internship role focused on building and refining the new equipment quote-to-order process. You will draft quotes, maintain order records, and communicate updates to sales teams. The role emphasizes detail, organization, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with Monday.com and internal systems to develop checklists, track outstanding information, and propose improvements to speed and accuracy in the order workflow.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a college program; business-related field preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy in quoting and order entry.
• Excellent organization and time management skills to manage multiple active orders and priorities simultaneously.
• Professional written communication skills; comfortable corresponding with sales representatives and internal teams.
• Strong computer skills; ability to quickly learn and navigate internal systems and tools.
• Comfortable working in Monday.com or similar project management and order tracking platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Type new equipment retail quotes based on information provided by the manager.
• Maintain and update the Monday.com order board to ensure orders are accurately documented and current.
• Track orders from initial quote through the ordering process and identify items requiring follow-up.
• Communicate order updates, questions, and outstanding items to the appropriate sales representatives.
• Identify common errors or bottlenecks in the quote-to-order workflow and recommend improvements.
• Develop standardized quote and order checklists to improve accuracy and consistency.
• Create a process for tracking outstanding information and follow-ups across active orders.

The intern will evaluate and improve the current new equipment quote-to-order process. The final deliverable will include process documentation, bottleneck analysis, Monday.com board review, standardized checklists, follow-up tracking process, and recommendations to improve quote accuracy, turnaround time, and order visibility.
