Guarantee Electrical Company in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Fleet & Safety Support Specialist to assist Fleet, Risk Management and Safety Operations.

You will process invoices, maintain vehicle and driver data, and help with safety statistics and claims reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in fleet/safety administration and are proficient in Excel, with strong attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in fleet, safety, administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail, follow through with tasks to completion, and self-starter attitude.

Responsabilités

• Maintain up-to-date driver files, licenses, medical cards, and MVRs; ensure DOT certs and inspections are current.
• Process and reconcile invoices from fleet-related vendors and track expenses.
• Maintain vehicle and driver data across multiple systems and update daily for changes.
• Manage fuel cards; ensure driver and vehicle data are current in the fuel system.
• File insurance claims; gather supporting documentation and track open claims to resolution.
• Assign and monitor driver training; generate quarterly scorecards using telematics data.
• Assist with fleet usage, maintenance trends, and compliance metrics reporting.
• Monitor vehicle recalls and coordinate timely maintenance; maintain recall logs.
