This role emphasizes data accuracy, proactive problem solving, and strong communication as you oversee fuel programs, records, telematics, and day-to-day fleet needs across branches.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with focus on accuracy.
• Intermediate Excel skills; pivot tables and VLOOKUPs preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fleet experience preferred.
• Proactive, independent problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage fleet inventory, vehicle assignments, and database accuracy across branches.
• Track maintenance, repairs, and costs to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee fuel card program, including issuance, usage monitoring, and fraud prevention.
• Maintain detailed vehicle records (VIN, registration, driver assignment, GPS, tolls).
• Monitor telematics alerts and elevate as needed.
• Coordinate vehicle claims, repairs, rentals, and vendor services.
