Qualifications

• Five years of experience in fleet maintenance or repair with two years in a supervisory role required.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of fleet management and operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Develops schedules and procedures for routine maintenance and non-routine repair of all vehicles in the company’s fleet.
• Collaborates with supervisors to manage and reduce expenses such as fuel and labor costs.
• Establishes a schedule for recommended replacement of fleet vehicles.
• Drafts and presents reports on department operations and expenses.
• Prepares and implements departmental budget.
• Develops and enforces procedures, policies, and safety protocols for all fleet services staff.
