Job Description: JOB SUMMARY: The Fleet Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing and implementing safety protocols and procedures across multiple locations within a specified region. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, reducing accidents, and promoting a culture of safety within the fleet operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the safety of fleet operations, minimizing risks, and fostering a culture of safety within the transportation industry. This position requires a proactive approach to safety management, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

2+ years of experience working in transportation, motor carrier experience, and/or experience with Motor carrier safety programs
College degree and/or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience and 2 years of management experience
