Responsibilities

• Oversee safety compliance across multiple locations and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Design and conduct safety training programs for drivers, mechanics, and staff.
• Analyze accident reports to identify trends and root causes; implement mitigations.
• Liaise with regional managers, fleet supervisors, and maintenance to promote safety.
• Track safety performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
• Coordinate emergency responses and investigations as needed.
