Job summary

Dreamliner Luxury Coaches is looking for a proactive Safety & Compliance Manager to oversee DOT/FMCSA regulatory compliance and safety programs for our trucking division.

In this role, you will ensure the safe operation of our fleet, manage inspections, and foster a culture of safety among our drivers and staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in transportation safety and strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DOT/FMCSA compliance or transportation safety.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations, including Parts 382, 383, 391, 395, and 396.
• Familiarity with ELD systems and driver logs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and OSHA regulations.
• Implement and enforce safety policies and training programs.
• Conduct safety orientation for new drivers and oversee onboarding.
