Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize daily routes, schedules, and driver assignments.
• Monitor fleet activity to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Communicate route adjustments, delays, and service updates to drivers and operations teams.
• Analyze route performance and make real-time adjustments to improve efficiency.
• Respond quickly to service disruptions, traffic issues, and scheduling conflicts.
• Track vehicle and driver availability to maintain proper service coverage.
• Support drivers by providing routing assistance and operational guidance.
• Assist with emergency route changes and special transportation requests.
• Maintain accurate routing records, schedules, and operational reports.
• Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and maintenance teams to maximize fleet productivity.
