Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Dayton, OH seeks an experienced Fleet Supervisor for 1st Shift to lead daily operations at the Fleet Office and work closely with drivers to keep members covered.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive/dispatch or related customer-service leadership, an associate degree, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive pay and benefits are offered in a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with major course work in business, organizational management or related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ work experience in automotive/dispatch or 5 years in high-volume customer service/sales.
• 1+ years leadership or supervisory experience.
• Satisfactory completion of IITR towing certification and related training per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Fleet Manager and Supervisors in operations and staffing.
• Lead and coach RA Club Fleet drivers, dispatch, and staff to meet performance and sales goals.
• Manage safety and maintenance adherence for fleet vehicles and equipment.
• Investigate incidents, resolve customer concerns, and ensure AAA quality standards.
