Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the division's maintenance staff and oversee fleet support, inspections, repairs, and service processes. You will ensure efficient operations and drive reliability across our fleet.

You will collaborate with the regional maintenance and operations teams to maintain safety, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with EPA, DOT, and OSHA requirements, while managing budgets and vendor performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 15+ years of progressive hands-on fleet management experience.
• Solid project management, resource planning, and communication skills.
• Specialized understanding of maintenance procedures and industry regulations (EPA, DOT, OSHA).
• Ability to manage complex situations with strategic priorities.
• Autonomy with cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and supervises the division's maintenance staff and functions.
• Maintains preventive/corrective maintenance programs and service excellence standards.
• Reviews status reports on road calls, repairs, parts inventory, and safety performance.
• Provides hands-on maintenance assistance as needed.
• Ensures compliance with EPA, DOT, OSHA regulations and safety programs.
• Manages division maintenance budgets and vendor relationships.
