Job summary

Waste Pro USA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the Division's maintenance staff and oversee fleet/equipment maintenance programs, inspections, repairs, and disposal at the division level. You will partner with Regional Maintenance Manager and Operations to ensure reliability, safety, and cost-efficient performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance staff and managing multi-functional teams.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling and budgeting.
• Familiarity with EPA, OSHA, DOT regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead departmental hiring, training, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and overtime approvals.
• Maintain preventive/corrective maintenance programs and standards.
• Review reports on road calls, breakdowns, parts inventory, repairs, and safety metrics.
• Provide hands-on maintenance assistance as needed.
• Educate drivers on DVIRs, CDL basics, and fleet responsibilities.
• Manage data input for vehicle maintenance systems and KPI reporting.
• Oversee regional compliance with federal/state programs and vendor management.
• Coordinate fleet movement, inspections, and asset readiness.
