This role ensures vehicle condition, reliability, safety, and cost-effective performance across the division, working with the Divisional Maintenance Manager and Operations teams. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on fleet maintenance experience, strong project management and data analysis skills, and proficiency with maintenance software such

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 8 years progressive hands-on experience in fleet support and maintenance.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience with maintenance software and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising maintenance staff.
• Support fleet/equipment processes including inspection, repair, and servicing.
• Maintain data in the vehicle maintenance system and monitor performance.
• Coordinate training and ensure compliance with EPA/DOT guidelines.
• Assist in budgeting and vendor/service cost controls.
• Provide hands-on maintenance support on the shop floor as needed.
