Job summary

Zoox is seeking a Team Lead for Readiness and Response within its Fleet Operations to drive end-to-end operational integrity for the Robotaxi and Mapping Vehicle Fleet. You will lead a hybrid workforce, align readiness and response, and ensure every vehicle is service ready and every mission is supported with operational excellence.

You will partner with Fleet Ops leaders, manage FTE Shift Leads and contingent staff, oversee on-site escalations, vendor partners, and depot workflows, and

Qualifications

Experience leading and developing direct reports at the Shift Lead/Supervisor level.
Proven track record managing contractor or contingent workforces.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a hybrid workforce of FTE Shift Leads and contingent associates.
Own on-site escalations and provide guidance to resolve complex vehicle or rider issues.
Coordinate with vendors for vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, and depot services.
Analyze site KPIs and report fleet health, team efficiency, and vendor performance.
Drive efficiency by identifying bottlenecks in depot workflows and field response protocols.
