Master’s Transportation is seeking a dependable Fleet Coordinator to manage shuttle bus and van rentals in Capitol Heights, MD. You will track vehicle availability, coordinate with customers and service vendors, and keep fleet records organized to support timely billing. The role includes occasional hands-on vehicle movement and readiness tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Prior fleet coordination/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track fleet availability and maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Coordinate check-ins/outs with customers and vendors.
• Maintain fleet records and prepare billing documentation.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, documented, and ready for rental.
• Occasionally move, stage, or prepare vehicles for customers.
