Job summary

Hope the Mission is seeking a Fleet Coordinator in Chatsworth, CA to ensure HTM vehicles are ready for daily operations. You will manage preventive maintenance, track inspections, coordinate with repair vendors, and maintain comprehensive vehicle records to support timely service.

The role emphasizes communication with drivers and departments, adherence to DOT/Cal/OSHA standards, and collaboration with the Fleet Manager to optimize vehicle availability for events and deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Coursework or training in fleet operations, automotive technology, or logistics preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in fleet operations or vehicle maintenance coordination.
• Working knowledge of preventive maintenance scheduling and vehicle inspection processes.
• Valid CA driver license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the preventive maintenance schedule across all HTM vehicles.
• Schedule vehicles for service around demand and communicate downtime.
• Track mileage, engine hours, and service intervals.
• Open, track, and close repair work orders with vendors.
• Maintain service, inspection, and repair records for all vehicles.
• Coordinate vehicle availability with the Warehouse Manager and Fleet Manager.
• Provide vehicle service history and maintenance documentation to the Safety Manager.
