Job summary

Warren Equipment Company is seeking a Fleet Readiness Coordinator in Tulsa to analyze the readiness status of rental equipment and coordinate maintenance and services to ensure safe, available fleet assets.

You will collaborate with Service, Operations, and Sales teams across locations, maintain accurate fleet reporting, and build strong relationships with Warren CAT’s teams while adhering to company procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related experience and/or training pertaining to business accounting, and/or leadership; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and procedures.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information effectively to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Must be capable and willing to learn Cat DBS System, Lotus Notes System, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze readiness status of rental equipment based on maintenance history and coordinate repairs/services to ensure safety and availability.
• Communicate readiness needs with Service and Operations teams across locations.
• Maintain exceptional relationships with Warren CAT’s teams and collaborate with Sales for fleet needs.
• Provide status reports to management and keep fleet reporting accurate across locations.
• Coordinate entry/exit and movement of rental equipment between locations.
• Support fleet needs by working closely with Service, Operations, and Sales teams.
