Job summary

Wurth Industry US is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to design, implement and oversee a standardized fleet program across the organization. You will manage vehicle lifecycle, sourcing, budgeting and compliance while partnering with multiple functions to ensure governance and cost efficiency.

Role requires deep knowledge of fleet operations, negotiations with vendors and the ability to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• 7+ years in fleet/transportation/logistics program management.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations and supplier management.
• Experience with fleet systems, telematics, data analytics and reporting.
• Excellent project management, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain a standardized fleet program and governance.
• Coordinate vehicle lifecycle management from specs to disposal.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, HR, Safety, Finance and IT.
• Identify and maintain fleet management and reporting systems.
• Negotiate with providers across fleet services to drive cost savings.
• Manage fleet budget, forecast costs and monitor operating costs.
• Develop driver onboarding and training processes for safety compliance.
• Support sustainability initiatives including fuel efficiency and electrification.
• Create KPIs, dashboards and updates to track performance.
• Coordinate audits and drive continuous improvement across the fleet.
