Job summary

Wurth Industry US seeks a seasoned Fleet Manager to lead the design, implementation and oversight of a standardized fleet program. You will manage vehicle lifecycle from specs to disposal while aligning with Compliance, Legal, HR, Safety and Finance teams to ensure cost-effective, compliant operations.

You will drive system adoption, analytics and KPI reporting, while pursuing sustainability initiatives and cost savings without compromising safety or reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
• 7+ years in fleet management or related program management.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations and vendor management.
• Experience with analytics, budgeting and reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain standardized fleet program and governance.
• Coordinate vehicle lifecycle management from acquisition to disposal.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, HR, Safety, Finance and IT for decisions.
• Identify and maintain fleet management systems and reporting dashboards.
• Negotiate with service providers and manage fleet budget and savings.
• Develop driver onboarding and sustainability initiatives.
• Report KPIs and coordinate audits and continuous improvements.
