Job summary

Wurth Industry North America is seeking a senior fleet program manager to standardize and govern fleet policy, drive lifecycle decisions, and coordinate across Compliance, Legal, HR, Safety, Finance, Procurement and IT. You will lead system improvements, budget forecasting, and sustainability initiatives while delivering actionable KPIs.

Strong leadership and 7+ years in fleet/logistics are required, with a focus on data-driven decision making and cost control in a large organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field, or equivalent business experience.
• 7+ years in fleet management, transportation, logistics or related program management.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle lifecycle management and vendor management.
• Experience with fleet systems, telematics, data analytics, budgeting and reporting.
• Exceptional project management, analytical, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain a standardized fleet program with governance and controls.
• Coordinate vehicle lifecycle management: specifications, acquisition, utilization, maintenance and disposal.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, HR, Safety, Finance, Procurement and IT for alignment.
• Identify and maintain fleet management systems, telematics and reporting to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Develop and manage fleet budget, forecast costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop driver onboarding, training and qualification processes for safe driving.
• Support fleet sustainability initiatives including fuel efficiency and electrification opportunities.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and updates to assess fleet performance.
• Coordinate audits, issue resolution and continuous-improvement initiatives; guide internal teams on fleet utilization and vendor performance.
