SwiftX Express in California seeks a Fleet Planning & Cost Analyst Supervisor to support national transportation operations. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on dispatch, designing linehaul networks, bidding carriers, and analyzing costs to optimize nationwide freight.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in transportation planning or dispatch support, a Bachelor's in a related field, strong Excel/SQL/BI skills, and experience with TMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related field required.
• Experience in transportation planning, cost analysis, or dispatch support.

Responsabilités

• Support national linehaul dispatch planning, including route design, scheduling, and capacity allocation.
• Lead or support carrier bidding processes; establish and manage the approved carrier pool.
• Analyze transportation costs (CPM, utilization, empty miles) and identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on cost performance, service levels, and capacity planning for management.
• Collaborate with Fleet Operations to ensure plans are executed effectively nationwide.
