Qualifications

• Leadership experience required, minimum one year in Swift Driver Leadership, Planning or CSR or 2+ years driver leadership with prior leadership.
• Ability to lead others, communicate well, transfer knowledge, stay organized and detail oriented.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Fleet Leader or Planning Leader for terminals with 250-500+ trucks; oversee Express lanes growth.
• Act as liaison between internal departments to communicate needs and improvements.
• Staff scheduling and monitoring trailer pools; driver compliance and relations; address customer relations issues.
• Review terminal reports and maintain positive work atmosphere to meet company demands.
