Job summary

Qualifications

• Institutional inventory/parts stock room experience required (2 years).
• HS diploma or GED with valid driver's license.
• Basic computer/database knowledge and ability to learn vendor software.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or capacity to learn parts for different vehicles.
• Self-directed work style with emphasis on safety.
• Forklift operation ability and in-house certification.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, counting, and inspecting parts for quantity and quality.
• Process requisitions for parts requested by management or mechanic leader.
• Perform daily/weekly inventory counts for re-supply needs.
• Drive to deliver or pick up parts as required.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs; clean and organize the parts room weekly.
• Distribute parts to mechanics and receive requisition order forms from staff.
