Job summary

TSMG is seeking a Parts & Inventory Manager to oversee vehicle parts, tools, and consumables across multiple sites. You will ensure on-time availability for fleet maintenance, maintain accurate inventory records, and coordinate with suppliers to secure components.

The role requires 3+ years in automotive parts management, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English with German as a must. Spanish is a plus in our diverse team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in automotive parts management or workshop logistics.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Strong organisational skills across multiple locations.
• Understanding of cost control and procurement processes.
• Fluent English; German mandatory; Spanish advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end inventory of vehicle parts, tools, and consumables across sites.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid disruptions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and OEMs to secure component availability.
• Track incoming and outgoing parts, ensuring accuracy in systems.
• Manage warranty parts processing, returns, and documentation.
• Support cost tracking and budget control for parts and supplies.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations to forecast demand.
• Support scheduled maintenance programs and fleet upgrades.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of parts in warehouse/workshop.
• Maintain high data accuracy across inventory systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency and reduce delays.
